✓ All-Inclusive from the First Minute Even though check-in is not until 2 pm, you can start enjoying your holiday with us right away. The all-inclusive offer begins from the moment of your arrival and lasts until 11 am on the day of departure. Furthermore, you can take advantage of our AI offer daily until 10 pm.

✓ All-Inclusive Nordic Spa We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am at the latest. However, the entire Nordic Spa area, including the sauna, is available to you until 5 pm. Take the opportunity to fully enjoy your last day.
We kindly request a deposit of € 350 to our account at Hypo Tirol Bank AG Seefeld, IBAN: AT45 5700 0510 1100 4550, BIC: HYPTAT22, or a valid credit card number (Visa or Eurocard) with expiry date for a pre-authorization. Your booking is guaranteed only after we receive the deposit.
We cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 29 to 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the travel price.
From 14 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the travel price.
From 6 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the travel price.

Due to our offerings, a family holiday at Hotel Bergland with children aged 9 years and older is the perfect place for discovery, relaxation, and enjoyment. Thus, parents, couples, and those in love, as well as families, can all find rest and pleasure alike.
Free parking is available in front of the hotel. We have also thought of your electric car - a charging station is offered directly at the property.
In the interest of all guests, especially those with allergies, dogs are only allowed in selected rooms. Please let us know at the time of your inquiry if you will be bringing your four-legged friend. We reserve the right to charge € 25 per day (without food). We will provide you with rain covers, blankets, and both a water and food bowl.
We all strive for a life close to nature! To pursue this desire, we consciously refrain from changing towels daily and from using disposable bath slippers. Please bring your own bath slippers to actively contribute to waste prevention.
