Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: Starting at 2 pm on the day of your arrival
Check-out: Until 11 am on the day of your departure
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- We can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
- 29 - 15 days before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price.
- 14 - 7 days before arrival we charge 70% of the travel price.
- from 6 days before arrival we charge 90% of the travel price.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are valid after written confirmation. We are also very happy to make the option of rebooking to another date. Our cancellation conditions remain unchanged.
Good to know
We recommend taking out travel insurance so that you can look forward to your holiday without any worries. A cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung
only costs 5% of the total travel price. Here you can easily take out your cancellation insurance: European travel insurance.
Reservation & Deposit
For reservations, we require a deposit of € 300,- to our bank account: Hypo Tirol Bank AG Seefeld, IBAN: AT45 5700 0510 1100 4550, BIC: HYPTAT22.
You can also authorize us to charge the deposit to your Visa / Mastercard with expiry date. Upon receipt of your deposit, the reservation is guaranteed.
European Travel Insurance
No doubt you are looking forward to your holiday. However, anything might happen before you set off, or during your holiday! Prepare of any such event by taking our hotel cancellation plus policy now.
