Deep relaxation after a day of sports in Seefeld can be found in the Finnish sauna at Daschil's Bergland. At 90 degrees, the cardiovascular system is stimulated, the body is cleansed, and toxins are eliminated. Lying on the warm wood makes relaxation particularly easy. The fragrant infusion is the crowning glory of a sauna session. Those brave enough can cool off in the coldwater basin. And then? Rest. The relaxation area is bathed in light, smells of Swiss pine wood, and is a place of absolute silence.
Fragrant mist wafts through the steam bath. Inhaling the moist salt vapors, everything suddenly seems effortlessly light. This not only soothes the soul. Salt vapors have anti-inflammatory and expectorant effects, making them excellent for respiratory conditions. The humid air of the steam bath is much gentler than the dry heat of the sauna, making it very suitable for sensitive skin.

The Nordic Spa offers: an indoor pool, Finnish sauna, aromatic and saltwater steam baths, infrared heat cabins, a cold-water plunge pool, a Kneipp station, a relaxation room, a relaxation area, and a wellness bar serving organic teas (Viropa) and health drinks. Access to the entire area is included in the room rate for all hotel guests.

The massages are performed by Erich Schwarz, an experienced masseur offering a wide range of treatments. In addition to classic relaxation massages, he offers various specialist treatments. You can find the full range of treatments in the massage brochure, available at reception or on request in advance.
Massages can be booked directly at the hotel reception; ideally, this should be done well in advance, as places are limited. For longer stays, we recommend requesting a massage when you book your room.
